Delivery & Turnaround: Please allow up to 72 hours for the delivery of your reading via email after your booking is confirmed. I take my time to ensure your message is channeled with the highest level of clarity & intention.

Refunds: Because of the energetic nature of this work, all sales are final. Refund discussions will only be initiated if your reading has not been delivered within the 72-hour window.

Quality Over Speed: Rushing the process impacts the quality of the channel. Your patience ensures you receive the depth & insight you deserve!

Yes/No & Timing Questions: These are strictly for closed ended inquiries (e.g., "Will I get the job?" or "When will this happen?").

Formatting Requirements: Only questions formatted as "Yes/No" or specific "Timing" questions will be answered under this category.

Advisory Consultation & Deposit

Since this is a very deep & personal service, I don’t offer the option to pay in full on my website, a discovery call is needed! Here’s how that process works:

The Discovery Call: To ensure our energies are in alignment for a longterm partnership, a Discovery Consultation is required before any contract is finalized. This is a 20 minute private call to discuss your goals & confirm we are the right match for this journey.

Investment & Credit: There is a $20.00 non refundable deposit required to book your consultation. This fee honors the time & energetic space set aside for our meeting. If we choose to move forward with the contract, your $20.00 deposit will be credited toward your first month’s investment!

Now, after the discovery call, here’s what you can expect!

Exclusive Scheduling: As a contract client, you receive private access to my Google Calendar. This is an exclusive perk reserved only for those in longterm containers. You will be sent a private invitation to book your recurring and adjustment sessions directly into my schedule.

Priority Booking: You have first priority when it comes to booking. If you need an unscheduled "alignment check," you can use your private link to see my real time availability & grab a spot within 24-48 hours (sometimes same-day)

Exclusive Access: Contract clients have direct text/call access to me between 10 AM - 10 PM MST. Outside of these hours, I am offline & recharging my energy to better serve our container.

Communication Boundaries: For the protection of my energetic space, you must text before you call. Unannounced calls will not be answered. This ensures I am in the right headspace to give you my full, undivided attention.

Emergency Rituals: Life happens, & I am here to support you. However, emergency rituals require significant spiritual energy and preparation. Please allow at least 24 hours for an emergency ritual to be performed. These are always prioritized for contract clients, but they cannot be instant.

Commitment & Protection: By entering a 3, 6, 9, or 12 month container, you are committing to the full duration of the agreement. I reserve the right to terminate any contract immediately if boundaries are repeatedly crossed, or if the energy is no longer in alignment, without a refund for services already rendered.

Payments: All contract payments are non-refundable & must be paid via the agreed-upon schedule (monthly or pay-in-full).

I am so excited to potentially bring my energy to your space! To ensure everything flows smoothly and stays high vibe, please review my official event policies:

1. Booking & Deposits

All event bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit to officially secure your date on my calendar.

• Final Payment: The remaining 50% balance must be paid in full 48 hours before the event start time.

• Cancellations: If you need to cancel your event, please note that only 50% of your total payment (the final balance) will be refunded. The initial deposit is non-refundable as it covers the energy & time I’ve already dedicated to prepping for your date.

2. Timing & Overtime

• Minimum Booking: To ensure the highest quality experience, I require a 2 hour minimum for all event bookings.

• The "Stay a Little Longer" Rule: If the party is flowing & you’d like me to stay past our agreed upon time, additional hours are billed at a flat rate of $150/hour, payable immediately before the extra time begins.

3. Rescheduling

Life happens! If you need to move your event, I require at least 7 days’ notice. If you notify me less than 7 days before & I am unable to make the new date work, the cancellation policy above will apply. I will always do my best to accommodate your new timeline!

4. Location & Travel

I am currently exclusively serving the Arizona & California areas.

• The 30 Mile Rule: Travel within 30 miles of my home base is included in your quote!

• The Road Trip Fee: For any locations farther than 30 miles (including those 3+ hour drives), a custom travel fee will be added to your total to cover transportation logistics.

• Outside AZ/CA: I am not accepting bookings outside of these states right now unless personally discussed & a premium travel rate is agreed upon.

5. Scaling & Setup 📈

Since every party is unique, my pricing is based on the guest count & duration. To provide the best channel for your guests, I simply require a semi private area away from loud speakers or high traffic walkways.

Effective April 1, 2026

To maintain the spiritual integrity and energetic quality of my practice, Liyah The Tarot Reader no longer accepts all ritual or spellwork requests automatically.

1. Mandatory Consultation: All ritual requests now require a preliminary assessment. This allows me to connect with both my spirit team and yours to determine if the work is necessary and if our energies are in alignment for the desired outcome.

2. Consultation Fee: A non refundable $10.00 consultation fee is required for this initial assessment. This fee compensates for the time, labor, & energy expended during the energetic review.

3. Service Credit: Should I decide to proceed with the ritual, the $10.00 fee will be credited toward the final cost of your service. Total pricing for rituals is determined on a case by case basis and will be discussed privately following the consultation.

4. Right of Refusal: If it is determined that our energies are not a match, or if the spiritual guidance I receive suggests the work should not be performed, I reserve the right to decline the service. In these instances, the consultation fee remains non-refundable as it covers the service already rendered (the assessment).

5. Disclaimer of Results: While I guarantee the dedicated performance of every ritual and a focused boost of spiritual energy toward your intentions, I cannot guarantee specific physical or material results. Spiritual work is subject to divine timing and individual free will. Consequently, all ritual services are non refundable once the work has been performed.

I offer two distinct paths for your spiritual evolution:

1. Option 1: Self Paced - Purchase the curriculum and move through the materials at your own speed.

   Option 2: Personal Mentorship - This includes 1 on 1 sessions & depending on the mentorship, live classes will be held twice, weekly.

2. Exclusivity & Waitlist: To prevent burnout & ensure high quality guidance, I limit personal mentorship to 15–20 clients at a time. If slots are full, you may join the waitlist. Vacancies will be announced as clients graduate or spots become available.

3. Onboarding & Legal Agreements: Upon enrollment, all mentorship clients will receive official intake forms & agreements. These documents must be reviewed & signed before our first session begins.

4. Platform Requirements: To maintain a streamlined and professional experience, all mentorships are hosted exclusively via Google Workspace. This includes:

   • Google Classroom (Course materials and assignments)

   • Google Drive (Shared resources)

   • Google Meet (1-on-1 and group video sessions)

   • Gmail (Official communication)

   • Technical Requirement: It is mandatory for all mentorship participants to have a Gmail account to access these platforms effectively.

5. Refund Policy: Mentorship fees are non refundable, particularly for those on monthly payment plans. Any exceptions to this policy must be discussed & mutually agreed upon in writing by both parties.

Each item is handcrafted and energetically charged. Please note the following fulfillment windows:

1. Small Orders (1-2 items): Ships within 8 business days.

2. Standard/Large Orders (3+ items): Ships within 14 business days.

3. Custom Oils & Bath Soaks: Due to the personalization process, these require 14 business days unless otherwise discussed.

4. Bulk Orders: Timelines for bulk or wholesale orders will be discussed & finalized privately.

I love offering special rates & pop up readings on social media, but to keep my business running smoothly:

1. Prioritization: Full priced, standard bookings are always prioritized in my queue.

2. Standard Delivery: While standard bookings come first, I still aim to maintain a 72 hour delivery window for social media specials unless otherwise stated during the promotion.

3. Respect the Process: Booking a "Special" acknowledges that you are receiving a discounted rate and agree to the standard delivery timeline without expedited priority.
